Samay Law LLP is looking for a quick learner with a strong interest in the subject matter and a desire to gain hands-on experience in high-value matters.
📌 Position: Legal Associate (0–1 Year Experience)
📍 Location: Mumbai
🗂 Work Profile Includes:
✔️ Assisting in matters under IBC before NCLT
✔️ Drafting, legal research, and court proceedings under NCLT, DRT and other subject matter as assigned.
✔️ Supporting senior advocates in litigation and advisory
✔️ Client coordination and case management
✅ Requirements:
Genuine interest in IBC, DRT, and corporate laws
Strong legal research & drafting skills
Eagerness to learn and take on responsibilities
Professional work ethic and reliability
