Job Description
TripleOKLaw, a top-tier Kenyan firm known for high-value real estate transactions, seeks an Associate to join its Property and Conveyancing team. The firm handles major commercial developments, land acquisitions, title due diligence, and property financing across Kenya.
Responsibilities
Conduct land title searches and due diligence. Draft sale agreements, leases, and transfer instruments. Handle property transactions from instructions to completion. Advise on land use regulations, zoning, and environmental compliance. Liaise with Land Registry, county governments, and National Environment Management Authority (NEMA).
Requirements
Advocate of the High Court of Kenya. 2-4 years PQE in conveyancing and property law. Experience with Land Registration Act 2012, land title searches at Ardhi House, and stamp duty processes. Knowledge of county land board procedures an advantage.
Compensation
KSh150,000 - KSh300,000/month
