Legal Consultant - Legal Operations, Singapore

Axiom is currently looking for a Legal Operations Manager to join our fast growing team and to work with one of our top rated clients. 

Responsibilities:

• Analyze, document, and optimize legal processes to drive efficiency and harmonization
• Translate business needs into scalable workflows and technology requirements
• Drive change management, training, and communications to ensure tool adoption
• Build dashboards, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms to track performance and impact
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to align priorities and enable adoption

Qualifications:

• 5+ years’ experience in legal operations, project management, or business operations
• Strong project management skills and experience delivering complex initiatives
• Ability to engage, align, and influence stakeholders across levels and functions
• A data‑driven, analytical mindset with experience creating dashboards and KPIs
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and change‑management capabilities
