Job Description
Chandler MHM is seeking a Legal Consultant specializing in Phuket real estate transactions. You will advise foreign investors and developers on property acquisitions, condominium purchases, long-term leases, and hotel management agreements in the Phuket market. Responsibilities include conducting title searches at the Phuket Land Office, advising on foreign ownership restrictions under the Land Code and Condominium Act, structuring compliant holding arrangements, and advising on construction permits and environmental regulations for resort developments.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of real estate law experience in Thailand. Thai Lawyers Council license required. Strong knowledge of the Land Code, Condominium Act, and foreign ownership restrictions. Experience with Phuket or Southern Thailand real estate market. Fluent in Thai and English. Russian or Mandarin language skills are an advantage.
