You will draft and negotiate high-value contracts with satellite manufacturers, launch service providers (Arianespace, SpaceX), and technology vendors, as well as commercial service agreements with broadcast, telecom, and government customers.
What You Will Do
- Draft and negotiate satellite manufacturing and launch service agreements
- Advise on commercial service agreements for satellite capacity and managed services
- Handle procurement contracts for ground segment infrastructure and technology
- Advise on insurance arrangements for satellite launches and in-orbit operations
- Support commercial negotiations with government, military, and institutional clients
Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate satellite and technology procurement contracts
- Advise on commercial service agreements and SLAs
- Support procurement processes and tender evaluations
- Manage insurance-related legal matters for satellite operations
- Coordinate with business teams on contract management and risk allocation
Requirements
- Master in Law from a recognised European university
- 3-6 years of experience in commercial contracts, procurement, or TMT law
- Experience with complex technology procurement and high-value commercial agreements
- Fluent in English and French; German is an advantage
- Interest in the satellite and telecommunications industry
- Strong negotiation and drafting skills
Compensation
€6,500 - €9,000/year
