Job Description
Orange Jordan's legal department in Abdali, Amman, seeks a Legal Counsel to handle commercial contracts across the company's B2B and B2C operations. You will draft and negotiate ICT service agreements, procurement contracts, and partnership deals, ensuring compliance with Jordan's Telecommunications Law and consumer protection regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts with vendors and corporate clients
- Advise on consumer protection obligations under Jordanian Consumer Protection Law
- Support procurement team on tender documentation and evaluation
- Handle contract disputes and claims management
- Advise on data privacy matters related to customer data
Requirements
- LLB from a recognised university
- Admitted to the Jordan Bar Association
- 3-5 years PQE in commercial or contract law
- Experience in the telecom or technology sector is a plus
- Arabic and English bilingual
