Job Description
Tata Sons seeks a Legal Counsel to support its corporate governance function at Bombay House. You will work on board matters, Companies Act compliance, related party transactions and SEBI LODR requirements for the Tata Group's listed entities.

Responsibilities
- Support board and committee meetings for Tata Sons and key subsidiaries
- Advise on related party transactions, director appointments and governance policies
- Ensure compliance with SEBI LODR, Companies Act and FEMA regulations
- Coordinate with statutory auditors and registrar of companies
Requirements
- LLB; CS qualification is a strong advantage
- 4–7 years in corporate governance, company secretarial or compliance roles
- Deep knowledge of Companies Act 2013 and SEBI LODR Regulations
