Requirements
Admitted attorney with 5-8 years PQE in banking law, financial regulation, or administrative law. LLB required, LLM in Banking or Financial Law preferred. Deep knowledge of the Banks Act, FSRA, and NCA. Experience with prudential supervision or regulatory enforcement. South African citizen.
