Legal Counsel – Wealth Management
OCBC Bank is seeking a Legal Counsel to support its Private Banking and Wealth Management divisions at Raffles Place. You will advise on private banking regulatory matters, fund distribution, discretionary portfolio management, and MAS compliance for high-net-worth client services.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice on private banking products, discretionary portfolio management, and advisory services
- Advise on MAS licensing requirements, SFA obligations, and Financial Advisers Act compliance for wealth management activities
- Review and draft investment mandates, fund subscription agreements, and private banking documentation
- Support the launch of new wealth management products and digital advisory platforms
- Advise on cross-border wealth structuring, trusts, and family office regulatory frameworks
Requirements
- Admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore, or qualified in a common law jurisdiction
- 3–5 years of experience in wealth management, capital markets, or financial regulatory law
- Knowledge of MAS regulatory requirements for private banking and fund management
- Familiarity with the SFA, Financial Advisers Act, and Trust Companies Act
- Experience with OCBC, Great Eastern, or Lion Global Investors is a plus
