You will assist with board and shareholder meeting documentation, Luxembourg holding company governance, and corporate secretarial matters for the group's extensive Luxembourg entity structure.

What You Will Do

  • Assist with board resolutions, shareholder meeting documentation, and corporate minutes
  • Research Luxembourg corporate law under the Loi du 10 aout 1915
  • Support the corporate secretarial function for Luxembourg group entities
  • Assist with RCS filings and notarial deed preparations
  • Draft internal legal memoranda on corporate governance matters

Responsibilities

  • Support the corporate affairs team on governance and entity management
  • Conduct corporate law research and draft memoranda
  • Assist with corporate secretarial activities and RCS filings
  • Attend team meetings and training sessions
  • Complete assigned corporate law research projects

Requirements

  • Enrolled in or recently completed Master in Law at a recognised European university
  • Interest in corporate law, corporate governance, or in-house legal practice
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Good organisational and analytical skills
  • Interest in the steel, mining, or industrial sector is an advantage

Compensation

€2,000 - €2,800/year
