Internship Description

Grameenphone, the largest telecom operator in Bangladesh, offers a summer internship in its Corporate Legal department. Interns gain exposure to in-house legal practice at a major listed company, working on contracts, compliance, and regulatory matters.

Responsibilities

Review and summarize commercial contracts and vendor agreements. Research telecom regulations and prepare briefing notes. Assist with corporate compliance monitoring and reporting. Support legal team in document management and database updates. Attend departmental meetings and cross-functional workshops.

Requirements

Currently pursuing LLB or LLM at a recognized university. Strong academic performance. Interest in corporate law, telecom regulation, or technology law. Excellent English communication skills. Available for 3-month summer internship (June-August).
