Job Description
The Reserve Bank of India is recruiting a Legal Officer (Grade B) for its Legal Department at the Central Office, Fort, Mumbai. You will provide legal support on banking regulation, monetary policy instruments, FEMA enforcement and RBI litigation before various courts and tribunals.

Responsibilities
- Draft legal opinions on banking regulation and monetary policy
- Represent RBI before the Supreme Court, High Courts and SAT
- Review and advise on FEMA enforcement and compounding applications
- Support the legal team on bank licensing and merger approvals
Requirements
- LLB; LLM or NET/JRF preferred
- 3+ years experience in banking law, regulatory law or litigation
- Knowledge of Banking Regulation Act, RBI Act, FEMA and SARFAESI Act
