Job Description
Namport is seeking a Legal Officer to handle maritime law, port concession agreements and commercial contracts at the Port of Walvis Bay — Southern Africa's premier deep-water port and trade gateway.

Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate port concession and terminal operator agreements
- Advise on maritime law, cargo claims and shipping disputes
- Handle procurement contracts and supplier agreements
- Support corporate governance and board secretarial functions
Requirements
- LLB and admitted as legal practitioner in Namibia
- 2–4 years in maritime, commercial or transport law
- Knowledge of the Namibian Ports Authority Act and maritime conventions
