Job Description
Ethio Telecom is seeking a Legal Officer to manage regulatory matters, spectrum licensing and compliance with Ethiopian Communications Authority directives for the country's largest telecom operator.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure compliance with ECA licensing conditions
- Review and advise on telecom regulatory frameworks
- Draft regulatory submissions and response letters
- Participate in IGAD and ITU regulatory working groups
Requirements
- LLB and practicing certificate
- 2–4 years in regulatory, telecommunications or commercial law
- Knowledge of the Proclamation on Electronic Communications
