Job Description

Responsibilities
- Handle tax objections and appeals to the Tax Tribunal
- Draft legal opinions on revenue legislation
- Support enforcement and prosecution of tax offences
- Liaise with the Attorney General's Chambers
Requirements
- LLB and admitted to the Botswana Bar
- 2+ years in tax, administrative or public law
- Knowledge of the Income Tax Act and VAT Act
