Job Description

Why work at Higgsfield AI?

Higgsfield AI is the fastest-growing GenAI platform in the world — #1 in Video AI in the U.S. and top globally by growth.

We raised a $130M Series A — and we’re only getting started. This is your chance to join early, when the team is small but mighty, and help build the next GenAI decacorn.

Who we are looking for

At Higgsfield, we value people who take ownership and get things done. We’re looking for someone who brings:

  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of responsibility.

  • Proactivity and persistence — you follow through until things are signed and completed.

  • The ability to manage multiple parallel tasks without losing track.

  • Clear communication and the confidence to push stakeholders when needed.

  • A structured, process-driven mindset with a bias toward action.

What you will work on
  • Contract Operations & Execution: Support the full lifecycle of contracts — from preparation to execution. Work closely with legal leads (including Grosu) to finalize agreements, organize signatures, and ensure all documents are properly completed. Proactively follow up with internal teams and external parties to get contracts signed on time.

  • Legal Documentation (KZ Focus): Review, prepare, and manage contracts under Kazakhstani law. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper filing of all legal documents.

  • Legal Operations Support: Maintain and organize contract databases and documentation. Track contract statuses, deadlines, and key obligations. Ensure everything is properly archived and easy to retrieve.

  • Cross-functional Coordination: Act as a point of contact between legal, marketing, creative, and operations teams. Help unblock processes by coordinating communication and keeping things moving.

  • Process & System Support: Help build and improve internal legal workflows — from contract tracking to signature processes. Identify inefficiencies and drive improvements.

  • Review/Draft Contracts: Review and edit certain agreements like NDAs and other company templates.

  • Support Trademark Enforcement: Identify and address instances of trademark infringement online.

Your must haves
  • 2–3 years of experience as a paralegal, legal specialist, or in legal operations.

  • Experience in top-tier law/consulting/accounting firms (preferably Ernst & Young) or strong in-house environments (tech companies, startups, or product-driven businesses).

  • Solid understanding of contract workflows and legal documentation.

  • Solid understanding of contract workflows and legal documentation.

  • Experience working with Kazakhstani legal documents is a strong plus.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to proactively follow up and drive processes to completion.

  • Fluent Kazakh, Russian and English.

What would make you a strong candidate
  • Experience building automation, such as collecting approvals, sending reminders, generating activity reports, etc.

  • Building AI agents.

  • Experience with Ironclad (contract management software) – a major plus!

  • A law degree.
