Responsibilities
- Review licensing applications for capital market participants
- Draft regulatory guidelines and circulars
- Handle enforcement actions and administrative proceedings
- Liaise with the Namibia Stock Exchange and SADC CISNA
Requirements
- LLB; postgraduate qualification in securities or financial law preferred
- 3+ years in financial services regulation or securities law
- Knowledge of the Financial Institutions and Markets Act
