Responsibilities
- Prepare pleadings, heads of argument and court applications
- Appear before the Francistown High Court and subordinate courts
- Advise clients on litigation strategy and settlement options
- Handle labour and employment disputes in the Industrial Court
Requirements
- LLB and admitted as advocate in Botswana
- 0–3 years post-admission experience
- Strong advocacy and drafting skills
