Job Description
DLA Piper Budapest is expanding its dispute resolution practice and seeks a Litigation Lawyer to be based in its Debrecen office. The role involves representing clients in commercial litigation before Hungarian courts and in international arbitration proceedings.

Responsibilities
Represent clients in commercial disputes before Hungarian courts at all levels. Prepare statements of claim, witness statements, and legal submissions. Advise on dispute resolution strategy including mediation and arbitration. Handle enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitral awards in Hungary. Conduct legal research on procedural and substantive law issues.
Requirements
Hungarian bar admission with 4-6 years of litigation experience. Strong knowledge of Hungarian Code of Civil Procedure and commercial law. Experience with international arbitration (ICC, VIAC) preferred. Excellent oral and written advocacy skills. Fluent in Hungarian and English.
