Qualifications
Firm is located in Sandy Springs:
- 3+ years of litigation experience?
- Experience with e-filing in State and Federal Court
- Drafting Pleadings and Discovery
- Calendar Management
- Being the right hand of the Managing Partner
- Tech Savvy
- This position is 5 days a week in the office

MT law firm is seeking a Legal Assistant with Litigation experience
- 3+ years of litigation experience
- This position is a paralegal/legal secretary role.聽聽
- e-filing in State and Federal Court
- Drafting and responding to discovery
- Experience with Table of Authorities and Table of Contents
- General Office Duties
- Hybrid 3/2
