Job Description
Deacons is seeking a Litigation Partner to lead its dispute resolution practice from its Central office. With a strong reputation in commercial litigation, Deacons acts for listed companies, banks, and government bodies in the Hong Kong courts. This is a senior leadership role with significant business development responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex commercial litigation in the Hong Kong High Court and Court of Appeal
- Manage a team of associates and paralegals on multi-party disputes
- Develop and maintain client relationships with major institutional clients
- Represent clients in HKIAC arbitration and mediation proceedings
Requirements
- Qualified solicitor admitted in Hong Kong with rights of audience in the High Court
- 8+ years PQE in commercial litigation with a proven track record
- Existing portable book of business highly desirable
