Job Description
ONC Lawyers, one of Hong Kong's largest local law firms with over 150 legal professionals, is hiring a Litigation Solicitor for its Central office. Recognised as a Leading Firm by Chambers and Partners, you will handle commercial disputes, insolvency proceedings, and matrimonial cases in the Hong Kong courts.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of commercial litigation matters in the District Court and High Court
- Handle creditor and debtor-side insolvency work under the Companies (Winding Up and Miscellaneous Provisions) Ordinance
- Conduct interlocutory applications, discovery, and trial preparation
- Attend mediations and assist barristers at trial hearings
Requirements
- Qualified solicitor admitted by the Law Society of Hong Kong
- 3-5 years PQE in general commercial litigation
- Experience in insolvency or matrimonial proceedings an advantage
