Job Description

King & Wood Mallesons, the largest law firm in Hong Kong by number of lawyers, is recruiting an M&A Associate for its Central office. You will work on high-value cross-border M&A transactions, private equity investments, and corporate restructurings between Greater China and international markets.

  • Conduct due diligence on acquisition targets in Hong Kong and mainland China
  • Draft share purchase agreements, investment agreements, and completion mechanics
  • Advise on Takeovers Code and Companies Ordinance compliance
  • Support partners on HKEX-listed company transactions and privatisations

Requirements

  • Newly qualified solicitor or up to 2 years PQE, admitted in Hong Kong or England & Wales
  • Strong academic credentials from a recognised law school
  • Fluent English and Mandarin essential; Cantonese an advantage
