Act as a technology delivery manager to implement Group Investment applications and manage relationships with respective stakeholders

Serve as a technology delivery manager to implement risk and compliance applications:

  • Analyze and evaluate business requirements
  • Manage and guide technical project resources
  • Lead the project team to propose and design solutions
  • Manage project activities and prepare all project artifacts
  • Manage all architecture and security related reviews and assessment processes to meet policy/standard requirements.

Manage the acquisition, installation, testing and deployment activities in accordance to Group Office policies and standards.

Manage internal and external service providers to meet agreed service levels.

Conduct periodic reporting to the project workstreams and stakeholders.

Perform other responsibilities and duties assigned by supervisor as required.

Minimum Job Requirements:

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years related experience in a technical lead capacity
  • Experience using ITSM tools will be added advantage.

Certifications/licenses 

  • PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent,
  • CFA or CRA accreditation is a plus,
  • additional certifications in solution architect and other cloud certification is a plus

Technical skills

  • Hands-on experience in implementing investment systems is a must
  • Knowledge in Java, .Net, JSON, Visual Basic is a plus
  • Well-versed in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is a must

Special skills

  • In-depth business and application knowledge on IT and operations from Investment/Asset Management industry
  • Ability to formulate business requirement into technical functional solution
  • Good understanding of latest technological trend and cloud technologies
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Resourceful, independent, proactive and result oriented
  • A good team player and keen to learn
