Job Description
- Lead end‑to‑end contract implementation, turning contract documents into clear, practical rollout plans
- Work closely with National Key Account Managers and internal key stakeholders
- Project manage implementation activities
- Align internal and external stakeholders, setting expectations and confirming deliverables
- Manage the NCET National Customer Engagement Team
- Formally close out implementations once all criteria are met
- Support customer reporting requirements
- Ensure contract KPIs — including DIFOT, cost savings and service metrics — are consistently achieved
- Strong understanding of electrical wholesale branch operations
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Experience working on strategic contracts with major customers
- Demonstrated project management capability
- Commercial experience engaging with strategic clients
- Proficiency with MS Project, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills
- Strong problem‑solving ability and a track record of meeting deadlines
- Management experience preferred
