Job Description
Nordea Norway seeks a Legal Counsel to support its Capital Markets division on securities offerings, bond issuances, and regulatory compliance across the Nordic region.
Responsibilities
Draft and review prospectuses, offering circulars, and subscription agreements. Advise on regulatory requirements for securities offerings. Support bond issuance programs and MTN documentation. Coordinate with external counsel on cross-border transactions.
Requirements
Norwegian law degree required. 3-6 years of capital markets or securities law experience. Knowledge of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act and EU Prospectus Regulation. Strong drafting skills.
