Rojs, Peljhan, Prelesnik & Partners is seeking a Paralegal to support our Corporate Services team in Ljubljana. This role is ideal for a law graduate or experienced legal professional who excels at corporate administration, document management, and regulatory filings in the Slovenian legal system.
You will assist lawyers with corporate governance matters, company registrations at the Sodni register (Court Register), and maintaining corporate documentation for our client companies. The role provides excellent exposure to Slovenian corporate law practice and is a strong stepping stone for those seeking to qualify as Odvetnik (Attorney).
Responsibilities
Prepare and file company registration documents with the Sodni register. Maintain corporate minute books, resolutions, and governance records for client companies. Assist with share transfer documentation and capital increase filings. Coordinate due diligence processes, including document collection and data room management. Support lawyers with legal research and preparation of corporate legal memoranda.
Requirements
Diploma or Magister prava from a recognized Slovenian university. 0-2 years of experience in a legal or corporate environment. Familiarity with ZGD-1 (Companies Act) and the Sodni register (Court Register). Excellent organizational and document management skills. Fluent in Slovenian and English.
