Paralegal — Corporate & Shipping

About the Role

KG Law Firm is looking for a Paralegal to support our Corporate and Shipping departments in Athens. This is an excellent role for a law graduate or experienced paralegal who wants exposure to high-profile corporate transactions and maritime law matters.

Responsibilities

• Assist with due diligence reviews, document management, and closing binder preparation
• Conduct company searches at GEMI (General Commercial Registry) and land registry offices
• Prepare corporate documents including board resolutions, powers of attorney, and apostilles
• Support maritime lawyers with vessel registration documentation and flag state filings
• Maintain case files and deadline tracking for litigation and transactional matters

Requirements

• Law degree from a Greek university or paralegal qualification
• 1-2 years of experience in a law firm or corporate legal department
• Familiarity with GEMI, Ktimatologio, and Greek corporate registry systems
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Fluent in Greek and English
