Job Description
DGKV is seeking a Paralegal to support its Corporate Transactions practice. The role involves managing transaction documentation, coordinating with the Bulgarian Commercial Register, and assisting lawyers with due diligence and closing processes. This position provides excellent foundational experience for a career in transactional law at one of Bulgaria's top-tier firms.
Responsibilities
Assisting with preparation of corporate documents for company incorporations, amendments, and liquidations; Filing applications with the Bulgarian Commercial Register (TRJL); Supporting due diligence processes by organizing and indexing documents in data rooms; Coordinating apostille, notarization, and legalization of documents; Tracking transaction timelines and closing checklists; Preparing signature pages and closing binders; Maintaining corporate registers and statutory records for client entities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent legal qualification; 0-2 years of experience as a paralegal or legal assistant; Basic knowledge of the Commerce Act and Commercial Register procedures; Familiarity with corporate documentation (articles of association, board resolutions, powers of attorney); Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; Proficient in Bulgarian and English; Advanced Microsoft Office and document management skills.
