About the Role
You will support legal advisors in processing asylum applications, preparing case files for immigration court proceedings, conducting country-of-origin research, and drafting decision notices. The role involves working with the Vreemdelingenwet (Aliens Act), EU Asylum Procedures Directive, and Dublin Regulation.
Requirements
- HBO diploma in Law (HBO-Rechten) or equivalent qualification
- 2-4 years of experience in immigration law or administrative law
- Knowledge of Dutch immigration legislation and EU asylum law
- Fluent in Dutch; English and other languages are valued
- Strong analytical and writing skills
- Ability to work with sensitive and confidential information
What We Offer
- Civil service salary scale 8-9: EUR 3,200 to EUR 4,800 per month
