Job Description
White & Case Bratislava is hiring a Paralegal for Litigation Support. You will assist advokáti with case preparation, court filing management, and legal research for proceedings before Slovak courts and international arbitration tribunals from our Bratislava office.
This is a hands-on role involving courtroom support, evidence management, and deadline tracking. You will handle electronic court filings via the Slovak electronic court system, manage case files, and assist with document review for large-scale arbitrations.
Responsibilities
Prepare court submissions and manage filing deadlines for Slovak courts. Handle electronic filings and coordination with court registries. Organize evidence bundles and trial preparation materials. Conduct legal research using Slovak legal databases. Manage arbitration case files and tribunal correspondence. Track court hearing dates, procedural deadlines, and statute of limitations periods.
Requirements
Secondary education minimum; university education in law (Bc.) preferred. 1-3 years of paralegal or legal assistant experience. Familiarity with Slovak court filing procedures and electronic submission systems. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Slovak and English required.
