Job Description
Tsar & Tsai Law Firm is looking for a Patent Litigation Attorney to handle high-stakes patent infringement cases before the Intellectual Property and Commercial Court. The role focuses on technology disputes in semiconductor, electronics, and telecommunications sectors.
Responsibilities
Represent clients in patent infringement proceedings before the IP and Commercial Court; develop litigation strategy for complex technology disputes; manage patent invalidity proceedings at TIPO; coordinate with international counsel on global patent disputes; advise on preliminary injunctions and damage calculations in patent cases.
Requirements
Taiwan bar admission; 7+ years of patent litigation experience; strong technical background in electrical engineering, computer science, or semiconductor technology; experience before the IP and Commercial Court; excellent advocacy and brief-writing skills in Mandarin and English.
Compensation
NT$130,000 - NT$200,000/year
