Programme Details

What You Will Do

  • Assist on banking and finance transactions including syndicated loans and bond issuances
  • Research regulatory questions under BankG, FINMAG, and FinSA
  • Draft legal memoranda on Swiss banking regulation topics
  • Review loan documentation and security packages
  • Attend closings and client meetings with senior lawyers

Responsibilities

  • Support the banking and finance team on active mandates
  • Draft research memos and legal opinions
  • Assist with regulatory filings and compliance matters
  • Participate in transaction execution
  • Attend firm training sessions and bar exam preparation courses

Requirements

  • MLaw from a Swiss university
  • Strong academic record
  • Interest in banking and financial regulation
  • Fluent in German and English; French desirable
  • Prior academic work or clerkship in banking law preferred
