Responsibilities
Advise on public procurement compliance across government ministries. Review government contracts and PPP agreements. Handle procurement disputes and appeals at PPARB. Draft legal opinions on public finance matters.
Requirements
LLB degree. Advocate of the High Court. 4+ years experience. Knowledge of the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act 2015 and Public Finance Management Act 2012.
