Role Overview
With Vision 2030 driving unprecedented development across Saudi Arabia — from the Red Sea Tourism Project to Jeddah Tower and the King Salman International Airport expansion — our real estate practice is experiencing exceptional growth. You will advise on land acquisitions, development agreements, construction contracts (FIDIC), and real estate finance for some of the Kingdom's most ambitious projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise on real estate acquisitions, disposals, and leasing transactions under Saudi real estate regulations
- Draft and negotiate construction contracts (FIDIC-based), EPC agreements, and development management agreements
- Handle construction disputes through litigation before the Commercial Courts or arbitration (SCCA, ICC)
- Advise on real estate investment trusts (REITs) and Shari'a-compliant real estate finance structures
- Support due diligence on title deeds and Sak (deed) verification through the Ministry of Justice
- Advise on zoning regulations, building permits, and environmental compliance

Requirements
- Licensed Muhami or qualified legal consultant with Saudi Bar registration
- 5-8 years of real estate and construction law experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC
- LLB from an accredited university; specialized qualifications in real estate law preferred
- Strong knowledge of Saudi real estate regulations, FIDIC contracts, and construction dispute resolution
- Experience with SCCA or ICC arbitration proceedings
- Fluent in Arabic and English
