Job Description
Centum Real Estate, developer of Two Rivers Mall and other landmark projects, seeks a lawyer to handle property development transactions, joint venture agreements, and construction contracts for upcoming residential and commercial projects across Kenya.
Responsibilities
Draft and negotiate joint venture and development agreements. Handle land acquisition and title transfer. Manage NCA compliance and building permit applications. Structure property sales and lease agreements for developments.
Requirements
LLB degree. 3-5 years in real estate, construction, or commercial law. Knowledge of property development regulations and NCA requirements.

KSh250,000 - KSh450,000/month
