Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Mainly support IFF TASTE business with focus in Great China.
• Provide regional input to global regulatory affairs strategies and execute regional strategies.
• Interaction with regional business teams to identify needs and prioritize the efforts
• Develop and maintain relationships with relevant regional competent authorities.
• Lead local interactions on regulatory projects with Competent Authorities/Key Opinion Leaders/Industry Associations/Customers
• Maintain expert knowledge on local regulatory requirements to ensure regional compliance and regulatory requirements and timelines are met
• Regulatory dossier preparation, filing & monitoring/follow up process
• Work with other function teams to secure regulatory compliance for sustainable business and add values.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Flavor , Food Science , Chemical, Medicine, Biochemistry, Nutrition, Public Health or other relevant majors with MS or higher degree.
• Solid experience in flavor industry, food regulatory compliance, approval, advocacy, R&D etc. related to food, flavor companies or organizations with minimum 5 years.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with team spirit and strong ownership.
• Fluent English and Chinese both in oral and writing.
