Where You’ll Make a Difference

  • Execute assigned regulatory activities supporting compliant development, manufacturing, and commercialization of health and bioscience ingredients in Latin America
  • Prepare, maintain, and follow up on regulatory submissions, including registrations, notifications, technical files, and dossiers
  • Conduct regulatory and safety assessments of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products
  • Support labeling and claims reviews to ensure alignment with applicable regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate closely with Research & Development (R&D), Quality, Commercial, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing teams to support compliant operations
  • Respond to customer regulatory inquiries by providing accurate, timely, and compliant documentation
  • Support regulatory aspects of product changes, manufacturing changes, and quality events
  • Contribute to innovation and new product launches by identifying regulatory requirements, risks, and critical compliance considerations
  • Regulatory Intelligence & Continuous Improvement: monitor and track regulatory developments relevant to health and bioscience ingredients; support dissemination of regulatory updates internally, translating them into clear guidance to stakeholders, as appropriate; and participate in industry associations or regulatory initiatives as assigned

What Makes You the Right Fit

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy, or a related scientific discipline
  • 3–5 years of regulatory experience within dietary supplements, food, pharma or life sciences industries
  • Working knowledge of Latin America dietary supplement and food regulations
  • Ability to conduct regulatory, safety, labeling, and claims assessments
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and apply regulatory requirements
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines
  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency required; Spanish is a plus.

How Would You Stand Out?

  • Experience supporting or managing regulatory submissions for ingredients or finished products
  • Familiarity with probiotics, enzymes, or health‑related ingredients
  • Experience working in a global, matrixed organization
