About the Opportunity You will be responsible for managing high-value clients, developing a deep understanding of different products and solutions across platforms, and driving sustainable growth in trading volume, assets and revenue through professional consultation and customized solutions. This is a highly KPI-driven role that requires strong goal orientation, fast learning ability, and the ability to handle frequent business travel. What You’ll Be Doing Identify potential high-value clients (including but not limited to professional traders, family offices, etc.) through various channels and maintain a structured lead pipeline Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients; conduct regular reviews to understand their trading needs, capital scale and product preferences. Take full responsibility of client portfolio, including asset under management, trading volume and revenue contribution, and achieve monthly/quarterly performance targets. Develop an in-depth understanding of major product lines on leading trading platforms (e.g. spot, perpetuals, options, Earn/wealth management, structured products, etc.) and provide professional comparison and recommendations to clients. Gather client needs and pain points, and work with product, operations and other internal teams to deliver customized solutions for key clients. Continuously track industry trends, competitor strategies and new product types; quickly absorb new knowledge and translate it into valuable insights and suggestions for clients. Regularly share client/market feedback and competitive intelligence to provide frontline input for internal strategy and product iteration. What We Look For In You  Bachelor’s degree or above; majoring in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related fields. At least 2 years of work experience in the Web3 industry, with hands-on usage or service experience related to major exchanges, wallets, custody solutions, DeFi products, etc. Able to quickly identify and qualify target clients, with strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills. Experience in managing high-potential client relationships, client service or account operations is preferred. Basic understanding of financial markets, derivatives and risk–return; background in banking, securities or asset management is a strong plus. Clear KPI & result orientation, and comfortable using data to measure and manage performance. Comfortable with a high-intensity work pace and frequent travel / client visits. Strong self-motivation and resilience, able to find paths forward and drive execution in an uncertain environment.
