Job Description
Dr. Kamal Hossain & Associates seeks an experienced Senior Associate to join its Corporate & Commercial practice group. The successful candidate will advise domestic and international clients on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructuring, and regulatory compliance matters in Bangladesh.
Responsibilities
Advise clients on corporate transactions including M&A, joint ventures, and restructuring. Draft and review commercial agreements, shareholders agreements, and corporate documents. Conduct legal due diligence. Liaise with regulatory authorities including BSEC, RJSC, and Bangladesh Bank. Mentor junior associates and interns.
Requirements
LLB from a recognized university. Enrolled as Advocate with Bangladesh Bar Council. Minimum 5 years post-enrollment experience in corporate and commercial law. Strong drafting and negotiation skills. Fluency in English and Bangla.
