Job Description
The Legal Circle is looking for a Senior Associate with partner-track potential to join its Corporate & Finance team. The successful candidate will lead transactions, manage client relationships, and contribute to the firm's growth as a Chambers and Legal 500 ranked practice.
Responsibilities
Lead corporate transactions including M&A, private equity, and capital markets. Manage key client relationships and originate new business. Advise on corporate governance and compliance for listed companies on DSE and CSE. Supervise associates and manage transaction teams. Represent the firm at international conferences and Lex Mundi events.
Requirements
LLB/LLM from a recognized university. Enrolled as Advocate. 7+ years of corporate and finance experience. Track record of leading transactions. Business development ability. International exposure or training preferred.
