Job Description
FM Associates is seeking a Senior Associate for its Chittagong office to handle commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters. The firm has a strong litigation practice covering civil, commercial, and maritime disputes in Bangladesh.
Responsibilities
Lead commercial litigation matters in the Chittagong District Court and High Court Division circuit bench. Handle maritime and admiralty disputes for shipping and port clients. Draft pleadings, written arguments, and legal opinions. Manage client relationships and case strategy. Supervise junior associates in the Chittagong office.
Requirements
LLB from a recognized university. Enrolled as Advocate with Bangladesh Bar Council. Minimum 5 years litigation experience. Experience in commercial disputes and admiralty law preferred. Based in or willing to relocate to Chittagong.
Compensation
৳130,000 - ৳250,000/month
