Job Description
Werksmans Attorneys seeks a Senior Associate for its Real Estate practice in Cape Town. The role involves advising on commercial property transactions, lease agreements, property development, sectional title, and property finance. You will manage transactions from inception to registration and advise major developers and institutional property investors on complex deals.
Requirements
Admitted attorney with 5-7 years PQE in commercial real estate and property law. LLB required. Experience with Deeds Office procedures, sectional title developments, and property finance. Admitted conveyancer qualification advantageous.
