This role involves working on international transactions and providing strategic legal advice to senior management and the Board. The position offers exposure to complex cross-border deals and corporate governance best practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead on M&A transactions, disposals, and joint ventures
- Advise on corporate governance and Irish listing rules
- Manage regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions
- Support Board and committee meetings with legal advice
- Oversee external counsel on major transactions and litigation
Requirements
Requirements
- Qualified solicitor admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in Ireland
- 8+ years PQE in corporate or M&A law
- Experience with public company governance and listing rules
- Strong M&A transaction experience, preferably in an in-house role
- International legal experience preferred
- Excellent judgement and commercial acumen
Compensation
€11,000 - €15,000/year
