Job Description
EIH is recruiting a Senior Counsel to lead legal aspects of investment transactions, privatisations and international partnerships for Ethiopia's sovereign investment holding company.
Responsibilities
- Lead due diligence and legal structuring for investment transactions
- Negotiate with international investors and DFI partners
- Draft and manage transaction documents including SPAs and investment agreements
- Report to the Director General on all legal matters
Requirements
- LLB plus LLM; qualification from international institution preferred
- Minimum 7 years in M&A, private equity or investment law
- Experience in cross-border transactions in Africa
