Senior Lawyer - Corporate M&A, Luxembourg
Position Overview
Job Description
Our Corporate practice advises major local and international companies and private equity houses on public and private M&A, disposals, demergers, joint ventures, restructurings, corporate governance and regulatory compliance, with a particular focus on complex cross-border transactions.
As an M&A lawyer, you will be part of an international team advising on complex, high-value transactions across sectors. You will draft and negotiate key documents, lead due diligence, coordinate cross-border deal teams, and work directly with clients and their advisers.
You will collaborate closely with specialists in areas like finance, capital markets, competition and tax, bringing together different perspectives to deliver seamless, forward-looking solutions. - You are a qualified lawyer, either already registered with the Luxembourg Bar, or able to do so in a smooth and timely manner
- You have gained relevant experience (5-7 years) in Corporate M&A, ideally with a law leading firm
- You are fluent in English and German; French is highly desirable, Luxembourgish is an asset
- You have a sharp, analytical mind, with strong commercial instinct
- You strive to provide high service delivery for our clients and develop a trust relationship with them;
- You are reliable, rigorous and dynamic;
- You are able to simplify complex issues and provide clear, confident advice
