Responsibilities
- Provide senior legal guidance on the Short-term Insurance Act and Long-term Insurance Act
- Lead enforcement and supervisory legal proceedings
- Advise the CEO and Board on regulatory legal strategy
- Represent NAMFISA at IAIS and FSAP reviews
Requirements
- LLB plus LLM or equivalent; insurance law expertise preferred
- Minimum 6 years in insurance regulation or financial services law
- Leadership experience managing a legal or compliance team
