Job Description

The HKMA is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel specialising in Fintech and Innovation for its Central office at Two International Finance Centre. You will advise on the legal and regulatory framework for digital banking, stored value facilities, and fintech sandbox initiatives in Hong Kong.

Requirements

  • Qualified solicitor admitted in Hong Kong
  • 6-10 years PQE in financial regulation, fintech, or technology law
