Responsibilities
- Lead legal review of monetary policy instruments and exchange control orders
- Advise the Governor's office on high-level legal matters
- Manage external legal counsel on complex transactions
- Represent Botswana in SADC monetary committee meetings
Requirements
- LLB plus LLM or postgraduate qualification
- Minimum 6 years experience in central banking or international financial law
- Strong analytical and policy-drafting skills
