Job Description
MTN Rwanda seeks a Specialist in Commercial Legal to support its technology and mobile money business units. You will draft and negotiate commercial contracts, advise on regulatory compliance and support new product launches.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate vendor agreements, service contracts and NDAs
- Advise on mobile money regulations and BNR payment service provider requirements
- Support new product and service launches from a legal perspective
- Review marketing materials for legal and regulatory compliance
- Manage intellectual property portfolio including trademarks
Requirements
- LLB from a recognised university
- 2-4 years experience in commercial law or in-house legal
- Knowledge of telecoms and fintech regulatory frameworks
- Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced technology environment
